At ON-U-TRAINING, our Small Group Personal Training sessions offer the best of both worlds, the personalised coaching of 1:1 training with the energy and motivation of a small group. With a max of 6 people per session, you’ll get expert guidance, tailored workouts, and the accountability of a supportive community here in the heart of Hackney Wick.

I’ve been training with On-U at the small group PT sessions for over 3 months. I always wanted to try strength training but felt awkward because I had no idea what I was doing - Laura & Karim make it clear, simple and fun.
Every week is different, with a mix of exercises that keep things interesting while still building on the progress you’ve made. It’s been so rewarding to feel stronger, more confident, and my mental health has improved too.
Laura and Karim have created such a supportive and encouraging community in their classes. I’ve never been someone who looks forward to exercising, but the classes have genuinely become one of the highlights of my week. Thank you!

I've been doing small group PT with Laura for 3 months now and really loving it. The classes are always fun, with a great atmosphere and a very friendly, supportive Fish Island community. Plus, I’m already seeing how much stronger I’m getting!
I’ve also been attending the cardio club with Karim for about a month, and it’s been fantastic. The sessions are intense but fun, and well adapted to all fitness levels. I always leave feeling energised, full of endorphins, and in a great mood.

I signed up to small group PT classes after not setting foot in a gym for over five years . Naturally , I was nervous , but after my first session with Laura , she instantly put me at ease. Her encouraging and supportive style made me feel comfortable and confident right away .
Initially, I thought I’d “just see how it goes“, but now, just a few months later, I train 3 times a week and couldn’t imagine life without it.
