Hi, my name is Karim, and together with my partner Laura, we founded ON-U-TRAINING, a PT and yoga studio in Hackney Wick.

 

We created this space to be a supportive environment where you're encouraged to take ownership of your fitness journey. Our brand is a constant reminder that while the first step is yours to take, you won't be alone on your path.
